Heather Morton, Art Buyer

One of the professions I know little about, art buying. I just discovered yesterday that Leo Burnett’s Lead Art Buyer, Heather Morton, has a very well read blog all about the topic.

Just today she wrote a post about Annie Leibovitz, who even I have heard of, and how her photography caters to our fascination with celebrity. You can find it under her post entitled, Annie Leibovitz and the State of Photography.

Side note: If you are a photographer, could be a photographer or know a photographer, I’d suggest you call her up. Even if you aren’t a photographer, you should call her up anyway cause she’s a cool cat.
