Have you ever heard of travelzoo.com? With over 11 Million subscribers, their fan base has been growing quickly as of late. It’s a great little site that offers the best travel deals to its subscribers via e-newsletter. Unfortunately, I have yet to jump at any of the deals that have passed through my inbox. But, once I gain a little extra disposable income, I will most likely book my next trip based on their recommendations.
I mean, how can you pass up a round trip flight to Florida (from Toronto) for $75.00 CDN? It will cost me more to fly home to Toronto for Thanksgiving than that. Check it out, you might just find your next vacation.
I have never seen an ad for TravelZoo. I only found it because one of my travel junkie co-workers pointed me to it. It’s like catnip for those with the travel bug. Like they say, if your product is good enough, it will sell itself.
I wonder how long it will take for it to get bought up….? Like every other site these days, it’s bound to happen.

It’s Alexander Keith’s Birthday today. Not a cause for celebration in many parts of the world…but this is Nova Scotia and things are done differently around here.
Hope to see you all there.
That’s it so far, I’m sure AdRants will chime in soon.

In support of their new Nokia N95, Nokia has launched a website called Jealouscomputers.com. It’s a site dedicated to injuries sustained when people’s laptops attack them out of jealously for their Nokia N95s. The idea, if I really have to explain it, is that the laptops are soooo jealous of all the stuff the Nokia phone can do because it is basically a laptop in your hand.
Interesting idea… sort of plain though. The website is ugly and it doesn’t try to hide the fact that it is put on. (maybe that was the point)
Anyway, decide for yourself. I most likely won’t buy a Nokia as I’m a blackberry boy for life but I hear it’s not a bad little phone.
However, this little stunt will be good for both the magazine and the car company. A little PR won’t hurt.
Does anyone know if Audi paid any money to have their car on the cover?
